How to Become A Stripper

Before starting this job/ career - I was an ordinary office girl working to pay off student debts. I went to university and had a "good" job. I used to earn 25,000 a year - after rent, bills and student loans, I didn't have much left over and in fact was more in debt. I started stripping after meeting a strip club owner and was given the hope that a "plain jane" like me could do it - I just needed to tone up, I was about 10 pound overweight.

It took me 4 months to get in shape - but I did it and it was so worth it. I had never done anything like this before and came from a prudish family, so I did have to deal with my own issues before starting.I also had to deal with a longterm boyfriend and jealousy issues. You must be toned, you do not have to be skinny or really "perfect" but you will have to be toned for the clubs to accept you.

Once you have your toned body, i wuld practice dance moves...you may not have a pole but can practice the poses found on youtube.

After that The first thing you need to do is: Work on your psychology - You need to be strong to work in this industry as it can be quite superficial. Although you do not need to be the best looking girl, you are initially judged on the way you look. You also must have a healthy self respect so that you will get treated with respect by management and peers

you then need....

To get your look together. Phone the club and ask them what the girls wear. Better yet visit some clubs and have a look for yourself. You can find things on ebay to buy them at a reasonable cost. When you go to a club make sure you do not get intimidated by the other girls - they don't really look like that. The light and make up do wonders! You will start looking like that too - trust me. Get friendly with you waxing lady or razor, and keep yourself groomed. MAke sure your nails and hair are done

To decide the type of club you would like to work in make sure you have visited the club when it is open to see if you feel comfortable and could see yourself in the club "working". You may have to take a male with you as they do not like ladies going in by themselves
Have a look at a couple of clubs to decide which one you would like to work in. You will only truly know when you start working. Dont worry about it if you have chosen a wrong club - it is very easy to move on. Look at where it is and the type of clientele it gets. If you do not have a good clientele in the clubs near your home - be prepared to travel - it is worth it.

The next step is the audition - This usually this involves you dancing on the pole and looking sexy. You can learn some moves by going on youtube and putting pole dancing in the seach engine. You do not need to do any acrobatic things just some basic poses. You will be usually told if you got the job on the spot usually and be told when to come back. If you didn't get the job - ask why and then work on it and come back - theres no shame. I had to try 3 times as I wasn't toned enough.

After all this you will start working - Do not worry if it all feels overwhelming - it will at first. You will pick up tips from watching other girls. Although I wouldn't suggest asking them as they can be very secretive and competitive.

Only the top 10% of the girls really make any good money in this industry, but you can learn quickly, especially from somebody who is one of the highest earning strippers in the world. I hope this has helped you.
